Dr. Jenny is on a mission to help pole dancers decrease risk of injury and improve performance through a better understanding of their anatomy and biomechanics. She is a licensed athletic trainer with a PhD in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. Her experiences in Sports Medicine include clinical practice and extensive research on functional performance following injury and surgery. She has worked with all kinds of athletes - Olympians, professionals, and even pole dancers! As pole dancers, there is so much we can do to decrease our risk of getting hurt. These topics are often neglected in pole classes. Jenny loves to offer her knowledge and expertise to the pole dance industry.
Kat Graham fell in love with pole fitness in 2010. She began earning her pole instructor certifications with Xpole in 2020 to bring the empowering art of pole to the panhandle! Pole conditioning is her favorite class to teach and street poling is her favorite pole activity. She is a mom to three amazing kiddos who can all climb to the top of the pole like pros.
Misty fell in love with pole fitness in 2013. She has a great love for understanding anatomy and biomechanics. Over the years, she has expanded her practices to circus arts, pilates, yoga and more. She has a long list of certifications in the fitness field, including ACE group fitness.
Shanaine took her first pole class in November 2021 and quickly realized this wouldn't be just a one-time thing. Pole dance has become her passion and she loves to see students' faces light up when they discover their confidence on the pole.
Jasmine has a strong passion for all things circus, but pole is the apparatus that started it all. She has been practicing pole since 2020 and started performing in 2022. Jasmine was certified to teach intro pole classes through VPS in early 2022. She was drawn to teaching by her passion for empowering people to feel their best. She hopes to ispire students to find and feel their power to heal through pole dance. She is a mom of two young circus babies and enjoys expressing herself through visual arts when she isnt spinning her heart out on pole or lyra.
Bre M. (AKA "Dr. Cherry")
After only 1 pole class Dr. Cherry was obsessed with everything pole, from pole dancing/fitness, the pole kisses, and of course the shoes (have you seen the shoes?!!?) Once she worked her way up to pole level 3 she became a certified X-pert Pole instructor. She is new to FL working as a scientist and she is SUPER eager to start teaching classes. She will be offering everything from pole level 1-2, splits classes, sexy flow, and learn-how-to combos.
